in partnership with many of the Region\u2019s healthcare providers to impact underlying health issues through nutrition.\u00a0 We work with organizations like HealthLinc, Regional Health Systems, Franciscan Health, Powers Health, Methodist Hospitals, Edgewater Health, Community Health Net, CoAction, Meals on Wheels, and more!<\/p><p>Our Food is Medicine programs are created for specific populations based on the needs of our healthcare partners.\u00a0 Current programs target the following:<\/p><ul><li>Infant\/Maternal Mortality<\/li><li>Diabetes<\/li><li>Heart Disease<\/li><li>Mental
