What are your goals?
Where will your course be in five or ten years if we continue on the current path? ServiScape will help identify and evaluate your organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges—both quantitatively and qualitatively. This analysis is a crucial foundation for the next step: establishing meaningful, long-term goals. These goals should reflect the true motivations and aspirations of your leadership team. ServiScape will guide and support the development of these goals and objectives, and with your approval, move forward to the next phase.
How do we get you there?
At this stage, we jump ahead in time and work back to determine what should be accomplished at various intervals in time, and specifically, what actions should be taken in the near term to maximize the probability that the objectives will be attained. We will help prepare:
A Master Maintenance Management Plan, a comprehensive plan covering every aspect of your course, grounds and maintenance operations, for the next few years. The plan will contain quantifiable standards and budgets against which performance will be measured.
An Annual Plan will cover, in monthly detail, all the areas from the Master Plan and will include budget forecasts and monthly schedules including tournament and outing preparations, top dressing and aerifications, pesticide applications, project schedules, training dates, etc.
Cross and Double Checking
We establish checkpoints and reporting procedures to ensure that we are on plan, on budget and meeting the standards and expectations.
Maintenance Management
ServiScape assumes full responsibility for golf course and grounds maintenance, including the hiring and management of the entire maintenance staff. We partner with you throughout the entire process—collaborating on objectives, budgets, standards, and procedures—to ensure alignment with your goals. Our approach includes consistent communication and full transparency, with a monthly fixed fee structure where all expenses are passed through at actual cost. This includes senior staff involvement and regular on-site engagement with the maintenance team. Above all, we remain fully accountable to you every step of the way.
